1Eligibility

The Service is offered only to verified healthcare professionals and researchers who are at least 18 years old. You represent that the professional credentials you provide (including license information) are accurate and current, and that you are authorized to use the Service.

2The Service

EviGap uses an expert‑panel process over published literature to report what the evidence shows, where it conflicts, and where it is absent, for a de‑identified question. Outputs are informational only and may be incomplete or inaccurate; they are not a substitute for professional judgment.

3Acceptable use

Do not submit patient names or any protected health information (PHI).
Do not use the Service for emergencies or as the sole basis for clinical decisions.
Do not misuse, reverse‑engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service, or use it unlawfully.
Keep your account credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.

4Subscriptions & billing
